Russia and Ukraine have been leading the space development in the world for more than 50 years. Their activities, however, have not been well known to the western world. This is partially because their details have been kept secret. In addition, their space societies have traditional culture in which long and reliable human relationships play very important roles. NPO InterCoS's effort to introduce their activities to the world is supported well by them thanks to the reliable relationships with them.
